Art Nation burst onto the music scene with a bang with their debut album, Revolution, released in August 2015 through the German label Metal Heaven. This isn’t just any band—these guys are electrifying the music world with their unique energy and unforgettable shows - "Classic Rock Magazine"
Right from the start, Art Nation proved they were a force to be reckoned with, earning nominations for the prestigious Swedish Gaffa Prize in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Competing against heavyweights like Zara Larsson, Ghost, and In Flames, they were nominated in categories such as “Best Live Act,” “Breakthrough of the Year,” and “Swedish Group of the Year.”
Their track “Look to the Sky” didn’t just make waves—it topped one of Swedes biggest newspapers "Aftonbladet’s" best-of list in 2015 as “Most Beautiful Ballad of the Year.”
In early 2016, Art Nation signed a global deal with Sony Music Entertainment/Gain, propelling their success to new heights. By mid-2016, they were riding high with “We Are Better Together,” the official anthem for Gothia Football Cup. They performed it live at the opening ceremony at Ullevi Stadium, captivating an audience of 60,000 people. They even hit the screens on national television, delivering a live performance of the song.
The band followed up with Liberation in 2017 and Transition in 2019, both released under Sony Music Sweden/Gain, solidifying their position as one of the best new acts around.
Like any great rock saga, 2020 brought another lineup change and, of course, a global pandemic. But Art Nation made a triumphant return in 2022 at the Sweden Rock Festival, with Christoffer Borg and Richard Svärd back in the lineup.
Continuing their unstoppable momentum, they released their fourth album, Inception, in 2023 through Italian label Frontiers Records. With their high energy and showmanship, Art Nation is undoubtedly one of the most exciting new bands in the scene today.
